Data Analysis

Given a collection of content, one of the prerequisites to managing that content is to sub-group that content into concepts and to determine the unique characteristics of each group. This is a process called discriminant analysis and is a common technique in data mining.

Typically we use this technology to discover rules for an ontology, but the patterns we discover can be used in a variety of implementations. Content is typically obtained from sets of documents or a database.
